The crew showed up ready to get me moved out of my apartment after I had called and spoke with Matt last minute when the other moving company I was expecting told me they had me scheduled for the next day. I checked my messages I sent and I was correct they were wrong. With all my boxes ready to go Matt and his crew got me out of the apartment on time, the landlord and new tenants were happy too. Herks saved the day.

Matt and his team did an outstanding job moving a pool table, that we donated to the Boys and Girls Club, out of our basement. During the move I had loaned our furniture dolly to them to roll the pool table up into the moving van. By accident, the dolly remained in the van and was gone. Matt was responsive and diligent in tracking it down and returning it to us. We are very appreciative of his professionalism. Thank you.

Phenomenal scheduling, phenomenal communication, phenomenal price, and most importantly, absolutely phenomenal service. My wife and I have been through 5 military moves, and this was without a doubt the easiest move we've ever done. Brian and Kyle were quick, efficient, attentive, and respectful. I cannot recommend Herk's Moving enough!

Matt and team really came through for me, last minute! They were very professional and were able to help me move quickly and smoothly. I had a local move, and my apartment had a narrow hallway, the team was able to get everything moved from there to the new place with all positive attitudes. I am appreciative of their help and will absolutely call again.

Excellent responsiveness, excellent moving team, great pricing. Jared, Brian, Davion, were efficient, hard working, and finished my move about 2 hours earlier than expected, with no damage and in a friendly manner. We are lucky to have this company in Dayton!

We were doing a out of town move with a U-Haul truck. Herk's had a better rate and better availability for our move. I was trying to decide between a 15' or 20' truck, I preferred to drive the smaller one. I settled on the 15' truck. Antiwan and Jamar moved things around like a jig saw puzzle to get as much as possible into the truck, it was really full. Very happy we don't have to do this again since we got 99% of the items in the truck. Antiwan and Jamar were both friendly and did a good job. Thank you!

I would strongly recommend this company for any of your moving needs. They are very friendly, courteous, professional, organized, and made the whole experience a breeze. They took extra precaution to ensure my furniture was taken care of, went above and beyond, and it was a relief to get settled in with nothing broken, or damaged. Matt was great to work with and kept me informed of all changes with the drivers schedule, explained all the billing/costs, and followed up to see how his guys did. Great Customer Service!

Fantastic moving experience with these guys. From the quote process- no hidden up charges- to the loading and unloading of the truck- smooth as glass. The moving team handled each piece as if it were their own and never stopped. No wasted time with them either- they were always loading or unloading. I would use these guys anytime.
